Fruit For The Eyes

We all know that eating fruit and vegetables is good for you but did you know that fruit is good for eye health?

Did you know that Cherries can calm your nervous systems and grapes relax your blood vessels?

That age old saying ‘An Apple A Day’ keeps the doctor away.. it’s true, apples help keep infections at bay and oranges are good for vision and skin.

Do remember though apart from taking healthy fruit and vegetables, a regular eye check is a good idea to make sure everything is ok.
